Printeasy Hub provides onsite printer ink refill, cartridge replacement, toner refill, print head cleaning, and general printer repair services at the customer's premises. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any printer manufacturer.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Service bookings are subject to technician availability in your area.
• We will confirm your appointment within 30 minutes of booking.
• You may cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices listed on our website are in USD and may vary based on printer model and location.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

5. Service Warranty

We provide a 15–30 day warranty on our services as specified in each service plan. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or pre-existing hardware issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Printeasy Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your printer model and issue.
• Ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our technician.
• Be present or have an authorized adult present during the service visit.

9. Governing Law
